If the pads are not of equal shape and hardness, the same shaped and hard pad should be used for each color to prevent color shift.
If the bumpers are placed incorrectly, the positions of the bumpers should be checked and corrected.

Causes of Cliché

If the images in the clichés are not like the original, the design should be recreated and the clichés should be renewed.

Causes of Ink

In case of more than one image of an image, the fluidity of the ink should be checked and regulated.

Material-Related Causes

As with plastic bottle printing, a holding apparatus that provides better support should be used in case the printing breaks down.

Other Reasons

If the working mechanism is not durable, a new mechanism should be prepared.
If the conveyor, shuttle or rotary table does not move correctly, the feeder units should be checked and more sensitive units should be used if necessary.
If the assembly is improperly connected, it should be checked and corrected.
